The disk rotates 360?, and rolls around the post and springs back into position. This attachment will reduce or eliminate herbicide use and the need to manually trim fencerows. The outer edge will easily reach under anything 4 inches off the ground; the center of the Mow-Around needs 12 inches for clearance.
