If you feed horses, cattle, and goats or any hay consuming animal, this will save you dollars.THE BIG BALE BOX is designed to hold the large square hay bale with only the amount you want to feed being deposited into your feeder placed on the end. There are two doors on the side that swing open with the lid coming up to allow you to place the large bale inside the chamber. A loader with a grapple or 3-4 prong poke will work for loading. Once inside, a strap is secured around the bale, the strings are cut, and then the doors and lid are closed. Open the doors on the end to then place your hay into your feeder whether that is a turned tire or a small feeder. The bale moves forward out to the end via a ratchet with a strap and only the desired amount of hay is peeled off. Close end doors with the remainder of the bale staying out of all weather conditions until you feed it. It's just that simple! The Big Bale Box Company is located in Central City, Nebraska.
